South Ashford patrolling stops offending driver

Good evening,

Whilst spending some time patrolling South Ashford area, more so because of recent issues with catapults a vehicle caught the attention of Community Safety Unit officers.

The vehicle was stopped and checks found the driver to be driving on a provisional licence with 2 young children on board.  To prevent the driver making further journeys, their vehicle was seized under section 165 Road Traffic Act.  The driver has been reported for offences.  

The officers then continued with their patrol activity in the area.
